Speech-Language Pathologist: An individual who holds a master’s or doctoral degree from an institution accredited by the accrediting agency of ASHA and from an educational institution approved by the US Department of education, has completed supervised clinical practicum, has completed supervised postgraduate professional experience, has passed a written national examination for speech-language pathology, and has committed no act for which disciplinary action may be justified. May consider an individual that is entering their supervised Clinical Fellowship year.
